1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Mullins Bus Hire website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Mullins Bus Hire. A booking is only confirmed when payment has been received and a confirmation email has been sent.

2.2 Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards and debit cards through our secure payment system.

2.3 Pricing

All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

3.1 Customer Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before departure: Full refund
  • Cancellations made 24-48 hours before departure: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure: No refund

3.2 Service Cancellations

Mullins Bus Hire reserves the right to cancel services due to insufficient bookings, mechanical breakdown, adverse weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund or alternative travel arrangements.

4. Travel Conditions

4.1 Passenger Responsibilities

  • Arrive at departure point 15 minutes before scheduled departure
  • Present valid ticket or QR code when boarding
  • Comply with driver instructions and safety requirements
  • Respect other passengers and maintain appropriate behaviour

4.2 Luggage

Standard luggage allowance is included. Oversized or excessive luggage may incur additional charges. Mullins Bus Hire is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings.

4.3 Special Requirements

Passengers with mobility requirements or special needs should inform us at the time of booking to ensure appropriate arrangements can be made.

5. Liability and Insurance

Mullins Bus Hire maintains comprehensive insurance coverage as required by Irish law. Our liability is limited to the terms of our insurance policies. Passengers are advised to arrange their own travel insurance for personal items and additional coverage.

We are not liable for delays, missed connections, or consequential losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Irish data protection laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

7. Charter Services

Charter services are subject to separate terms and conditions which will be provided at the time of enquiry. Charter bookings require a deposit and are subject to different cancellation terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Irish law. Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

9. Changes to Terms

Mullins Bus Hire reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.
